1. Mobile Hospital – (2012)
On 30th January 2012 a mobile hospital donated to Vivekanand Vaidyak Pratishthan. This van visits daily 2 to 3 villages and works as OPD, free of charge.
2. Swargaratha – ( 2017)
Buldhana Urban Co-operative credit society Sangli branch has taken an excellent project jointly with Lulla Charitable Foundation. They have built a motor van which can be used for taking the dead bodies from any place to the cremation area. The said van is called as ‘Swargaratha’ because it is nicely decorated with a number of facilities along with sound system on which spiritual songs can be played. This has become a great facility to the people at large. The project cost is about 13 lacks rupees.
3. Eye check up camps (2022)
Free eye check up camps were organized for the persons above the age of 40 years at various places in rural area with the Rx Vision Lab, Mumbai. Free spectacles were given to near about 1200 needy persons.
4. Anaemia Checking Camps (2022)
Haemoglobin checking camps were organised at various schools for girls as well as ladies staff and teachers by the Foundation. It is observed that the ratio of girls having HBL below 10 is roughly 20 to 60%. A flyer containing information about protein and iron rich food were distributed to all girls. Free tablets for 1 month were given to girls. HBL checking machines, doctor and staff was provided by Vivekanand Vaidyak Pratishthan,Bamnoli.
A number of Rotary Clubs supported this project at various schools of Sangli and Kolhapur district. This project is continuing and target is to reach up to 5000 girls.
